Oh, and the cupcakes are super easy. Just cut up large marshmallows in thin slices with a pair of scissors (sprayed with cooking spray) Lay the slices out and sprinkle with colored sprinkles and then arrange on top of the cupcake with a skittle (or m&m) as the center. Super easy.

Jesse did like dolls and dressing up and I think he's just fine! The roof restaurant was pretty good, but the view was the best part.
