a ponytail...finally!

yes! I did it! Holly's a new woman with an actual hair style! from her expression you can probably guess that she didn't appreciate the steady hands and fine-tuned skills it took for me to wrap that tiny rubber band around her 3 hairs. I guess she doesn't really care what her hair looks like. well I do.

poor guy! the upstairs of our new house gets so hot! we can't get a cross-breeze going to cool it down at night because the windows on our loft don't open. it has seriously been 90*+ at times! it was so funny to go check on Brady in bed and find him like this, but who could blame him? the fan was on high!

sandcastle reunion

so many pictures, just one post! it's too hard to pick and choose, but really this is only about 1/10th of what I took.

our annual beach house family reunion was awesome as usual. there are so many of us and we continue to grow! sadly, Wendy wasn't able to come because she was starting a new job as a seminary teacher in Idaho. we missed her! everyone else was able to come and play at our favorite house on the sand all week!
